During the month of June we surveyed the community to better understand demographics & needs. Below is a summary of responses

Migraine New Zealand asked in the survey what was your employment status was - 

35.4% work full time

22.2% part time

14.2% unemployed

12.4% self employed

10.6% stay at home parent

8% studying

3.6% sickness benefit

3.5% retired

1.8% casual work

Those in the Migraine New Zealand community living with migraine disease come from a range of different ages and gender. 

Age : Gender:

16-22 : 4.4% Female: 93%

23-35 : 24.6% Male: 7%

35-50 : 43.9%

50-65 : 21.9%

65+ : 5.3%
