SUPPORTING SOMEONE WHO LIVES WITH MIGRAINE

When you don’t have Migraine Disease yourself, it can be hard to know what you can do to help someone.

Supporting a friend, loved one, or work colleague who lives with a chronic health condition is not always easy. you definitely aren’t the only one going through it!

There is no cure for Migraine disease however when managed correctly they can experience less attacks. There are a LOT of things that caring spouses, friends, family, and even co-workers can do to help those with migraine disease get better control of their condition so they can live better.

Knowing there are people behind them is empowering. Your thoughtful gestures speak louder than words. Don’t hesitate to ask first before acting if you’re unsure, everyone’s symptoms and needs are different.
